Today Karma on Devonshire did a trial on a local Nepali band ( name not announced yet) to hopefully perform live Nepali music at the restaurant every Friday. The band set their gears up and played beautiful instrumentals and also some good songs. There were ample number of people who had come to see the band performing. The same band also said that they would be participating at the Battle of the Band compe***ion which will be held on the 18^th July 2009.

It is however not finalized whether or not the restaurant will have the band perform every Friday. After speaking to one of the owners of the restaurant “Sachin Gurung”, he said that he is trying to get the license so that the band can perform on a weekly basis.

If all goes well, then it will be an awesome place to go to. The restaurant already serves mouth watering Nepali cuisine, you will also be entertained by live Nepali music.

So, everyone should go and check the place out. More information will be presented soon.
